About Brewerytown Chiropractic

We opened our doors in Brewerytown in 2016 with one idea: feeling good should be accessible to everyone in Philadelphia. Not just athletes. Not just people in pain. Everyone.

What started as a single chiropractor with a vision for a different kind of practice has grown into a team of dedicated Philadelphia chiropractors who share the same philosophy. We combine expert chiropractic care with real guidance on nutrition, movement, sleep, and lifestyle. Because your spine doesn't exist in isolation and neither do you.

Named Best of Philly, Philly's Favorite Chiropractor, Best Chiropractor by Philadelphia Family, and featured in Philadelphia Magazine. Brewerytown Chiropractic has become exactly what it set out to be. A community first practice that genuinely changes how people feel.

This is Brewerytown Chiropractic. And feeling good feels good.

Dr. Zachary Tripp

Founder | Philadelphia Chiropractor

Dr. Zachary Tripp founded Brewerytown Chiropractic in 2016 with a simple but powerful idea: that feeling good should be accessible to everyone in Philadelphia, not just the wealthy or the already healthy.

Born and raised in Philadelphia in the Germantown and Fairmount neighborhoods, Dr. Tripp built Brewerytown Chiropractic from the ground up into one of the most recognized chiropractic practices in the city. Over his career he has treated patients ranging from everyday Philadelphians to professional and world champion athletes. His advanced training includes certifications in the Webster Technique, functional medicine, whole food nutrition, advanced extremity analysis, and spinal decompression.

Today Dr. Tripp leads the Brewerytown Chiropractic team while focusing on expanding what's possible in chiropractic care. The comprehensive wellness model built here has inspired practices around the country and Dr. Tripp now consults with chiropractors who want to build more complete, community centered care models for their own patients.

His mission is the same as it has always been: helping people feel good, bridging the gap between communities and chiropractic care, and elevating what this field can do.

Outside the clinic Dr. Tripp spends time with his family and dogs, travels, reads, plays basketball and golf, and snowboards. He hosts the Feeling Good Feels Good podcast, a weekly wellness show making health simple, accessible, and genuinely interesting for everyday people.

Feeling good feels good.

Dr. Jason Karpinski

Philadelphia Chiropractor | Movement, Manual Adjustments & Muscle Therapy

Dr. Jason Karpinski is a Philadelphia chiropractor who focuses on helping active adults overcome pain, restore mobility, and stay capable of doing the things that matter most — whether that's crossing a finish line or making it through a demanding work week without breaking down.

Originally from Berks County, Dr. Karpinski earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Alvernia University before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College in 2019. What sets him apart is the combination — athletic training, chiropractic expertise, and the firsthand experience of someone who actually trains and races himself. In practice he combines manual adjustments with Nimmo Trigger Point Muscle Therapy and individualized recovery plans tailored to how you actually move and live.

Many of Dr. Karpinski's patients come to him with issues related to long hours at a desk, physically demanding jobs, repetitive strain, or lingering injuries that never fully resolved. His goal is not only to relieve symptoms but to help patients understand how their bodies move and how small changes in posture, strength, and movement patterns can create lasting improvement.

Outside the clinic he's on the trails. As a competitive trail runner and ultramarathon runner Dr. Karpinski understands recovery and injury prevention not just academically but personally. When he's not running he enjoys spending time with his dog Penelope and exploring Philadelphia's coffee and food scene.

Dr. Mae Duba

Prenatal & Family Chiropractor | Webster Certified

Dr. Mae Duba is a Philadelphia chiropractor who is passionate about helping patients feel supported, comfortable, and confident throughout their health journey. She believes that great care begins with listening and takes time to understand each patient's goals, lifestyle, and concerns before developing a personalized treatment plan.

Dr. Duba works with a wide range of patients including expecting mothers, newborns, babies, growing kids, and active families. She has particular experience supporting prenatal patients and is certified in the Webster Technique, a specialized chiropractic approach designed to promote pelvic balance and comfort during pregnancy. She is also an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Originally from South Dakota, Dr. Duba earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from South Dakota State University before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic. Her public health background shapes her whole-person approach to care, focused not only on relieving discomfort but on helping patients maintain long-term wellness and mobility.

In practice Dr. Duba uses a combination of manual and tool-assisted chiropractic adjustments along with soft tissue techniques tailored to each patient's individual needs. Her goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where patients feel heard, cared for, and empowered to take an active role in their health.

Outside the office she enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, playing pickleball, and camping. She values staying active and maintaining balance in her own life and encourages her patients to prioritize the same.
